Russian Salad with Homemade Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- Potato 20 oz
- Meat 10 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 5 oz
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, meat, carrots, and eggs, then drain and cut them into small cubes. Chop the cucumbers and onions and add them to the vegetables. Add the peas.
Step 2
Make the mayonnaise. To do this, place the mustard, salt, and egg yolk in a deep bowl and lightly whisk them together. While continuing to whisk, gradually add the oil and then the vinegar. Whisk until the mayonnaise reaches your desired thickness.
