Russian Salad
Ingredients
- Potato 3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon 12 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup 2 spoons
- Canned cod liver 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and carrots in their skins until tender.
Step 2
Cool, peel, and dice into small cubes.
Step 3
Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes, then plunge them into cold water. Peel and dice.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, green peas, eggs, tuna, chopped olives, and season with salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 5
Transfer to a salad bowl and garnish with boiled egg, olives, and pickled peppers.
