Ingredients
- Black chokeberry 2½ kg
- Vodka 1½ l
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the frozen berries in an airtight container with a lid, pour vodka over them, and store in a dark place.
Step 2
After 7 days, add the sugar syrup and let it steep for another 3 days (this way, the vodka extracts all the flavors better).
Step 3
Strain, pour into a clean bottle, seal it, and consume as needed.
