Description

Ingredients
- French Baguette 1 piece
- Lean Beef 15 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Ground ancho chili pepper 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Scallions 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Slice the onion into thick strips.
Step 3
Slice the green onions into rings.
Step 4
Chop the chili coarsely.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 6
Cut the onion into thick strips.
Step 7
Add the minced meat and season with salt. Finally, add the green onions and remove from heat.

Slice the green onions into rings.

Chop the chili coarsely.

Place the meat side down on a hot skillet. Gently press with a spatula. Once the egg is cooked, flip the bread crust side down to toast it.

Serve with chili sauce.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Sauté the onion with chili.

Add the minced meat and season with salt. Finally, stir in the green onions and remove from heat.

Cut the baguette into 4 pieces, then slice each piece in half lengthwise.

Lightly beat the eggs with a fork. Brush the inside of each slice of bread with the egg, then pack the filling tightly on top of each slice, and drizzle some egg over the filling.

Place the meat side down on a hot skillet. Press down slightly with a spatula. Once the egg is cooked, flip the bread crust side down to toast it.

Serve with chili sauce.
