Rose-infused Cocktail
Ingredients
- Vodka 10 fl oz
- Rosebuds to taste
- Pasilla Pepper 0 oz
- Red Grape Juice 0 fl oz
- Dried Rosemary 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Tonic 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To make rose vodka, mix vodka with dried rose petals and let it steep overnight. Don't forget to strain before use!
Step 2
For the sugar syrup, mix sugar with pepper and water and heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Allow the mixture to simmer for 10-15 minutes (still stirring). After that, cool and strain.
Step 3
For the cocktail, pour 60 ml of rose vodka into a tall glass with ice along with grapefruit juice and tonic. Stir well. Add fresh rose petals. That's it, the perfect women's cocktail is ready!
