- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 1 piece
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Fresh Mushrooms 4 pieces
- Truffle Oil 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dried Chamomile to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Beef tongue 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the tongue into thin long pieces and sauté in olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and thyme to taste.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms lightly in olive oil, then transfer to a clean dish, trying to leave excess oil in the pan. Drizzle with truffle oil to enhance the mushroom aroma.
Step 3
On the unfolded lavash, evenly layer the arugula, thin slices of tomato, mushrooms, and tongue.
Step 4
Tightly roll it up, trimming any excess lavash from the edges if necessary. Cut into two pieces and serve.
