- Tomatoes 12 pieces
- Bacon 10 oz
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roast the tomatoes on a grill or in the oven with garlic. Cut into wedges.
Step 2
Slice the bacon into thin strips and fry in a dry skillet.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet.
