Ingredients
- Red bell peppers 8 pieces
- Pink Tomatoes 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Feta cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roast the red peppers whole in the oven. Then carefully peel off the skin. Place the peppers on a plate.
Step 2
Cut the pink tomatoes into large slices. Arrange them on top of the roasted peppers.
Step 3
Chop the onion. Also place it on the plate.
Step 4
Dress the salad with oil and salt to taste. Gently mix.
Step 5
Serve with pieces of feta cheese and white bread.
