- Spanish onions 4 heads
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 oz
- Gherkins 5 oz
- Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Parsley 0 oz
- Paprika 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the unpeeled onions in a heatproof dish and put them in an oven preheated to 240°C (464°F). Once cooked, peel and slice the onions into rings.
Step 2
Slice the gherkins into thin rounds.
Step 3
Cut the olives in half.
Step 4
Prepare a dressing from olive oil and vinegar. Add paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
Step 5
Chop the parsley.
Step 6
Combine the onions, gherkins, and olives. Dress the salad with the dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
