  • Orange Bell Peppers 20 oz
  • Tomatoes 5 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Roast the bell pepper in the oven, peel off the skin and seeds, and cut into strips.

Step 2

Finely chop the parsley. Slice the onion into rings, and cut the tomatoes into wedges. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers and cut them lengthwise into several pieces.

Step 3

Mix everything together, season with salt and vinegar, place on a plate, and drizzle with vegetable oil. Garnish the finished salad with lemon wedges.
