  • Marinated cherries 15 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt ¾ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Orange juice concentrate 1 tablespoon
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Watercress 10 oz
  • Dijon Mustard ½ teaspoon
  • Chopped Green Onions 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 445°F.

Step 2

In a bowl, place the asparagus and tomatoes. Add the olive oil and mix well. Spread everything in a single layer on a baking sheet, sprinkle with 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and generously pepper. Bake for about 15 minutes until the asparagus is tender.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, orange juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and the remaining salt. Mix well and pour half of the dressing into a small bowl.

Step 4

Add the watercress to the remaining dressing and mix well. Arrange on a plate. Top with the asparagus and tomatoes, and drizzle with the remaining dressing. Sprinkle with dill and serve.
