  • Rice 5 oz
  • Eel 1 piece
  • Celery salt 1 piece
  • Shrimp 10 oz
  • Anchovies 5 pieces
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
  • Capers 1 teaspoon
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Sardines 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Chervil 0 oz
  • Tarragon 0 oz
  • Pickles 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the rice and cook it in salted water for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Shred the lettuce and celery.

Step 3

Boil the shrimp and peel them.

Step 4

Cut the anchovies into small pieces.

Step 5

Combine all the ingredients and dress with the sauce.

Step 6

Prepare the remoulade sauce. To do this, add lemon juice, sour cream, mustard, chopped capers, finely chopped onion, sardine paste, chopped parsley, chervil, tarragon, finely chopped pickles, salt, and pepper to the mayonnaise. Mix everything well and whip.
