Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Green Peas 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 3 spoons
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Herbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice noodles until they are tender.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Then remove the garlic and stir-fry the rice noodles in the garlic-infused oil. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and dice them.
Step 4
Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and slice it into strips.
Step 5
Grate the cucumbers using a coarse grater.
Step 6
Combine the vegetables with the noodles, add the green peas. Dress the salad with soy sauce and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
