  • Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Citrus Zest Mix to taste
  • White bread 8 pieces
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Butter 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the rhubarb into pieces about 1.5 cm long.

Step 2

Bring the wine to a boil with sugar, cinnamon, and zest. Add the rhubarb and boil until thickened. Cool down.

Step 3

Soak the bread slices in milk, then toast on both sides in butter. Top with rhubarb and serve immediately.
