- Fresh Mint 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the rhubarb and cut it into pieces about two centimeters long, then place them in a deep saucepan and pour in a cup of water mixed with sugar.
Step 2
Place a saucepan on the heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for ten minutes (starting the timer once the water comes to a boil).
Step 3
Remove from heat, mix with finely chopped mint leaves, and let cool. Serve, for example, with strawberry ice cream.
