- Apple 5 oz
- Sweetener to taste
- Water 5 fl oz

Step 1
Peel the rhubarb stalks from the skin and fuzz, and cut them into small sticks.
Step 2
Remove the core from the apples, slice them, bring the water to a boil with cinnamon, add the apples and rhubarb to the water, cover with a lid, and let it steep on the edge of the stove for 5–10 minutes, then add sweetener to taste and cool.
