Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Shred the cabbage into thin strips, immerse in boiling water, and blanch for a few seconds, then drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Mix the sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Combine the dressing with the prepared cabbage and let it sit for 5–10 minutes. Serve chilled.
