- Red Currant 10 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Lemon ½ piece
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Shred the cabbage.
Step 2
Do the same with the carrot.
Step 3
Combine the vegetables.
Step 4
Place the sour cream in a deep bowl.
Step 5
Add the mayonnaise.
Step 6
Add the mustard.
Step 7
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
Step 8
Add salt and mix.

Also add black pepper. Mix well.
Step 10
Add the resulting sauce to the salad and mix thoroughly.
