Ingredients
- Fennel 1 piece
- Red Currant 20 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Chopped Green Onions ¼ cup
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
- Orange juice concentrate ¼ cup
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the finely shredded cabbage, thinly sliced fennel, grated carrots, and green onions.
