Ingredients
- Red Currant 5 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
Step 2
Finely shred the cabbage.
Step 3
Grate the carrot using a coarse grater.
Step 4
Prepare the dressing. In a blender, combine the sesame seeds and sugar, add the vinegar, vegetable oil, and sesame oil. Blend until smooth.
Step 5
Arrange the cucumber slices on a plate, top with cabbage and carrot. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds. Serve.
