Description
For this salad, it's best to use canned red beans in tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
- Gherkins 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Sweet Red Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the pickled gherkins into rings, cutting off the ends first.
Step 2
Wash the cilantro thoroughly and chop finely.
Step 3
Peel the onion, cut it into four parts, and slice each part thinly.
Step 4
Open the can of canned red beans in tomato sauce. Transfer all the contents to a bowl, add the sliced gherkins, onion, and cilantro. Gently mix. Before serving, dress with vegetable oil to taste.
