Description
Canned red beans can also be used for this salad, but they should be rinsed well.
Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- White Beans ½ cup
- Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Boil the red beans.
Step 2
Drain the cooked beans in a colander and let them cool.
Step 3
Sprinkle with pepper, salt, and finely chopped cilantro, drizzle with a mixture of vinegar and oil, and mix well.
