Ingredients
- White Beans 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cilantro to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the red beans, rinse them, cover with cold water, and cook until soft, then drain in a colander.
Step 2
Sprinkle the cooled beans with salt, pepper, finely chopped onion, cilantro, drizzle with vinegar mixed with sunflower oil, and mix well.
Step 3
Serve in a salad bowl.
