Raw Vitamin Salad with Tofu and Soy Sauce
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Tofu 5 oz
- Avocado 2 teaspoons
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Sourdough Bread 2 slices
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into medium pieces and place them in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add the chopped cucumbers to the tomatoes.
Step 3
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into not very small florets (you should have a handful of chopped florets) and add them to the vegetables in the bowl.
Step 4
Crumble the whole grain bread into the bowl with the vegetables; you can use any other raw bread.
Step 5
Cut the tofu into pieces the same size as the tomatoes and cucumbers, and add it to the almost finished salad.
Step 6
Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
Step 7
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and avocado oil.
