- Carrot 2 pieces
- Radish 2 pieces
- Tahini 2 tablespoons
- Tofu 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the radish and grate it on a coarse grater. Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater, then add it to the radish. Cut the tofu into cubes and add it to the salad.
Step 2
Drizzle with tahini, soy sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds, then mix everything together.
