Ingredients
- Fresh Corn Kernels 3 cups
- Grape Tomatoes 2 cups
- Radishes 6 pieces
- Cucumber 1 piece
- Shallot 1 piece
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Chopped Basil Leaves ¼ cup
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Shiso Leaves ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the salad: combine corn, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, shallot, feta cheese, and herbs in a large bowl. Gently mix.

For the dressing: combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl or a sealed container.
