Ingredients

  • Fresh corn 20 oz
  • Cherry Tomatoes 15 oz
  • Radishes 6 pieces
  • Cucumber 1 piece
  • Shallot 1 head
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Chopped Basil Leaves 0 oz
  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Shiso Leaves ¼ cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the corn, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, shallot, add the feta cheese and herbs: finely chop the shiso leaves, leaving a few leaves for garnish. Gently mix everything together.

Step 2

Next, prepare the salad dressing. In a small bowl or airtight container, mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and mustard.

Whisk everything thoroughly. You can also place all the ingredients in an airtight container and shake it vigorously until all ingredients are combined and the dressing is smooth.

Then add salt and pepper to taste and mix everything once more.

Step 5

After dressing the salad, toss it until the dressing evenly coats all the salad ingredients.

Step 6

Garnish the salad with basil leaves and shiso leaves and serve. Enjoy your meal!
