Raw Buckwheat Curry
Ingredients
- Buckwheat sprouts 0 oz
- Dried carrot a pinch
- Tomato 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper ¼ piece
- Onion ¼ piece
- Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Dried Basil 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take sprouted green buckwheat.
Step 2
Add curry powder, ground black pepper, and dried basil. Mix well.
Step 3
Soak the dried carrot in water until it becomes soft. This is an important ingredient as it adds sweetness. Fresh carrot is not as sweet.
Step 4
Chop the onion, pepper, and tomato. Add them to the buckwheat sprouts.
Step 5
Add the soaked carrot.
Step 6
Add vegetable oil. Any oil without a strong scent, such as flaxseed or camelina oil, will work. Mix well. The buckwheat curry is ready!
