Description
This salad can be dressed with yogurt or sour cream. Raw beets have a brighter sweet flavor than cooked ones.
Ingredients
- Beetroot 1 piece
- Prunes 15 pieces
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Salt ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the beetroot and grate it using a fine grater. Finely chop the prunes with a knife. Crush the walnuts in a food processor or meat grinder, or simply chop them finely with a knife. Crush the garlic using a garlic press.
Step 2
Mix everything together, add salt and oil. Let it sit for one to two hours. Top with chopped nuts or halves.
