Step 1
Dissolve raspberry juice with honey in warm boiled water.
Step 2
Cool to room temperature.
Step 3
Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Step 4
Mix all ingredients, including fresh raspberries.
Step 5
Heat to 175°F, pour into a container, cover tightly with a lid, and place in a dark place for 25–30 days.
Step 6
Strain the beverage before serving.
