Raspberry Gin and Tonic
Drinks • British
Description
To make raspberry gin, pour one liter of gin into a suitable container, add 70 grams of raspberries, and place it in a warm spot or submerge it in hot water for half an hour to infuse, then strain. Even better, use a vacuum sealer—seal the bag with the gin and raspberries—and use a sous-vide machine, where the bag should stay for 20–30 minutes at 50–60 degrees Celsius.
