Description

To make raspberry gin, pour one liter of gin into a suitable container, add 70 grams of raspberries, and place it in a warm spot or submerge it in hot water for half an hour to infuse, then strain. Even better, use a vacuum sealer—seal the bag with the gin and raspberries—and use a sous-vide machine, where the bag should stay for 20–30 minutes at 50–60 degrees Celsius.

Ingredients

  • Tonic 15 fl oz
  • Raspberry gin 5 fl oz
  • Red port 0 fl oz
  • Ice to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Fill a pitcher with ice cubes — about halfway or a little more.

Step 2

Pour in the raspberry gin, tonic water, and port wine. Stir well with a bar spoon.

Step 3

Before serving, chill the glasses using crushed ice.
