- Espresso 10 fl oz
- Coconut Liqueur 6 tablespoons
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Whipped Cream to taste
- Desiccated coconut 1 teaspoon

Prepare strong espresso using a coffee machine. If unavailable, brew strong coffee using the standard method.

Rinse cups with hot water. In each cup, add coconut liqueur, warm cream, and then pour the espresso on top.
