Radish Salad with Orange
Ingredients
- Turnips 2 bunches
- Meyer Lemon Juice 6 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Oranges 6 pieces
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Trim the ends of the radishes, peel off any tough, dark, or damaged skin. Then rinse the radishes in plenty of cold water. Grate them on a coarse grater or slice them thinly. Place in a salad bowl. Add sugar, a pinch of salt and pepper, and lemon juice.
Step 2
Peel the oranges and slice them thinly. Also chop the walnuts into small pieces.
Step 3
Mix the radishes with the oranges and sprinkle with walnuts. Keep in the refrigerator before serving.
