Ingredients

- Pomegranate Seeds ¼ pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Truffle Oil 0 fl oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar ½ spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the radishes and daikon (the easiest way is using a mandoline), grate the celery on a coarse grater, chop the parsley leaves, and remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
Step 2
Combine the lemon juice with the vinegar, then gradually whisk in the olive oil followed by the truffle oil. Season with salt and pepper, mix in the parsley, and then incorporate the vegetables.
Step 3
When serving, sprinkle the salad with pomegranate seeds and small pieces of pecorino cheese.
