Rabbit and Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- Rabbit Legs 1 piece
- Adyghe cheese to taste
- Prunes 5 oz
- Avocado 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Sprinkle with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 375°F for 1 hour.

Soak the prunes in boiling water.

Finely chop the prunes.

Wash the avocado, cut it in half, and remove the pit.

Finely chop the avocado.

Finely chop the meat.
Step 10
Layer the prunes on a plate.
