Ingredients
- Quinoa 10 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz

- Cilantro 0 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz

- Fresh Mint 0 oz
- Canned White Asparagus 10 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Dates 0 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Sunflower Seeds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook quinoa for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Drain through a sieve and let it sit in the sieve for an hour.
Step 3
Cut the artichokes into small 2 mm cubes.
Step 4
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Step 5
Cut the cucumbers to the same size as the tomatoes.
Step 6
Slice the dates into strips.
Step 7
Gently mix the quinoa with the chopped vegetables and dates, dressing with lemon juice and olive oil.
