- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Lime Juice 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the quinoa in salted water with a sprig of thyme and a bit of butter until done. Drain in a sieve and let it dry.
Step 2
Blanch the cherry tomatoes for 7 seconds, then transfer them to an ice bath, peel off the skin, and cut them into four pieces.
Step 3
Dice all the vegetables into 0.5 cm cubes and mix them with the quinoa. Add chopped cilantro and parsley. Dress with lime juice, olive oil, and salt.
