Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
The salad is prepared in layers carefully to avoid mixing them. First, place the quinoa, then the pomegranate.
Step 2
Mix the olive oil and lemon juice, season to taste with salt and pepper. Layer it in a jar.
Step 3
Fill the remaining part of the jar in layers — cucumber, lettuce leaves, carrot, orange, chickpeas, mint, cilantro, feta cheese, sesame, pistachios, cumin seeds, and close the salad with a lid.
