Quail Salad
Ingredients
- Quail Egg 0 oz
- Romaine lettuce 0 oz
- Radicchio Salad 0 oz
- Canned Jalapeño Peppers 0 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Flaky sea salt a pinch
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Tear the lettuce leaves into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil with a pinch of coarse salt in a skillet.
Step 3
Add the coarsely chopped meat to the oil.
Step 4
Season with salt and stir. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 5
After 3–4 minutes, add pepper and stir. After another 2 minutes, remove from heat.
Step 6
Finely chop the peppers.
Step 7
Add them to the salad.
Step 8
Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 9
Add the tomatoes to the salad.
Step 10
Dress with extra virgin olive oil and mix.
Step 11
Add the sautéed fillet.
Step 12
Mix and serve.
