Punch with currants, cranberries, vodka, and rosé wine
Ingredients
- Rosé Dry Wine 25 fl oz
- Vodka 10 fl oz
- Concentrated Cranberry Juice 10 fl oz
- Black Rowan 5 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz
- Red Grape Juice 10 fl oz
- Blackcurrant liqueur 10 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large pot, combine freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, and blackcurrant juice with rosé wine. Add sugar and berries (either fresh or frozen).
Step 2
Place the pot over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves, and bring to a boil. Then, immediately reduce the heat, and as soon as it stops boiling, pour the vodka into the punch. Keep it on low heat for 4-5 minutes, without letting it boil, to preserve the alcohol content.
Step 3
Pour into glass mugs and serve hot with a cocktail straw.
