Ingredients
- Lemon 1 piece
- Red Grape Juice 25 fl oz
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Rum 15 fl oz
- Ground clove 4 pieces
- Apple Wine 25 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the lemon with the peel and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Heat both types of wine together with the spices and powdered sugar, then pour into a pre-warmed punch bowl.
Step 3
Place the sugar melting tongs over the punch bowl, placing a piece of sugar on them. Soak the sugar with rum and ignite it. Gradually add the remaining rum with a spoon.
Step 4
Serve after the flame has extinguished.
