- Almond 5 fl oz
- Flaxseeds 1 tablespoon
- Honey 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin flesh into thin slices and bake in the oven for 20–30 minutes at a temperature of 390°F.
Step 2
Cut 200 grams of cooked pumpkin into smaller pieces and blend it in a blender with almond milk, honey, and flaxseeds.
Step 3
Serve the smoothie in a large glass, garnished with the remaining slices of pumpkin.
