- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Walnuts 10 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into large slices.
Step 2
Place a skillet on the stove and pour in a tablespoon of olive oil for frying, and when the oil is slightly heated, add the pumpkin and sauté it lightly for about two minutes.

Cut the cheese into pieces and break the walnuts into smaller pieces by hand.
Step 4
Place the partially cooked pumpkin on a salad plate, add the cut cheese on top, sprinkle with broken walnuts, and toss in the arugula.
