- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Papaya flesh 10 oz
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the pomegranate juice, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.
Step 2
Peel the pumpkin and use a vegetable peeler to shave it into thin strips (about 2.5 cups). Transfer to the bowl with the dressing and gently mix.
Step 3
Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper, and gently mix again. Sprinkle with seeds and serve.
