Ingredients
- Pitted Wild Apricots 5 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sour Cream 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the prunes in hot water, cool them down, drain, and chop finely.
Step 2
If the prunes are tough, boil them.
Step 3
Chop the walnuts finely.
Step 4
Crush the garlic and mix it with the sour cream.
Step 5
Layer in a salad bowl: prunes, walnuts, sour cream.
Step 6
Repeat the layers.
