- Musk melon 1½ pieces
- Vegetable Oil 4 teaspoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Arugula 0 oz
- Watermelon 1 piece
- Prosciutto 8 slices
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Finely chop half of the muskmelon to make 1 cup. Transfer to a blender. Add vinegar, oil, salt, and sugar, and blend until smooth.
Step 2
