  • Olive Oil ¼ cup
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Sage leaves 30 pieces

Step 1

To prepare the potatoes and sage, preheat the oven to medium heat, preferably 350°F. Use 350 g of diced red sweet potatoes and 350 g of diced brown sweet potatoes. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients and diced potatoes in a large bowl, then spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 2

Bake, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and golden (about 40 minutes).

Step 3

Serve hot or cool to room temperature.
