- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Capers 1 teaspoon
- Anchovy fillet 2 pieces
- Garlic to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste

Step 1
Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins. Let them cool slightly and peel.

Slice and dress with salsa.
