- Scallions 4 stalks
- Cornichons 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar essence ¼ cup
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and chop the potatoes. Transfer to a pot and cover with water, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and rinse the potatoes under cold water to cool.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the mustard, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar.
Step 3
Add the cooled potatoes, green onions, and cornichons.
