- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mint 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and carrot in their skins, peel, and slice thinly.
Step 2
Chop the onion and pour boiling water over it. Mix with the potatoes and carrot.
Step 3
To make the dressing, combine the wine with the vinegar and vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Dress the salad with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped mint.
